1-6933 MULTICAGE CONTROL VALVES

The 1-6971 multicage control valve has been designed to solve particularly challenging applications which involve the regulation of low liquid flowrates under extremely high pressure (subjected to flashing as well) or of gas under high pressures and at high temperatures. The angle-body type 1-4971 is also available. Excellent sealing is guaranteed during the closed valve position even for extensive periods and under very high differential pressures.

Typical applications: drain of condensate attemperator spray insufflation into converters;

Ratings : up to PN 760;

Max temperature : 500 °C.

The 1-6933 multicage control valve allows for a low cost solution in important and demanding applications where noise and/or cavitation present a problem.

The valve plug is guided along the entire valve stroke by the internal cage which is free to expand axially and absorb any stress without yielding to distortion.

Typical applications : start-up and continuous B.F.W control - medium pressure reducing stations for natural gas;

Ratings : up to PN 100;

Max temperature : 450 °C.
